Zinc Suspension

Zinc Suspension is extremely concentrated, flowable liquid containing zinc in the form of zinc oxide for maximized and fast plant intake. Zinc is an indispensable micronutrient which plays several key roles in numerous plant physiological processes because it affects the activation of enzymes, protein synthesis, chlorophyll formation, hormone balance (e.g., tryptophan — as a precursor to indole acetic acid IAA), and carbohydrate metabolism.

Zinc deficiency is prevalent in many agricultural soils worldwide, resulting in growth retardation, yellowing (interveinal chlorosis) of leaves, low yield and enhanced stress susceptibility. This leads to weakening of plants and ultimately results in poor crop yield or complete crop failure, Zinc Suspension is effective to prevent and correct these deficiencies, ensuring stronger plant growth and higher crop production. With the Suspension Concentrate (SC) formulation, this product provided superb dispersibility in water to facilitate mixing and application while providing comprehensive coverage of entire crops.

Description

Zinc Suspension is extremely concentrated, flowable liquid containing zinc in the form of zinc oxide for maximized and fast plant intake. Zinc is an indispensable micronutrient which plays several key roles in numerous plant physiological processes because it affects the activation of enzymes, protein synthesis, chlorophyll formation, hormone balance (e.g., tryptophan — as a precursor to indole acetic acid IAA), and carbohydrate metabolism.

Zinc deficiency is prevalent in many agricultural soils worldwide, resulting in growth retardation, yellowing (inter-veinal chlorosis) of leaves, low yield and enhanced stress susceptibility.

Specification
  • Form: Liquid suspension concentrate (flowable liquid)
  • Color: Typically white to off-white, or yellowish.
  • Composition: Contains a high percentage of elemental zinc, often as Zinc Oxide (ZnO). Common concentrations include 39.5% elemental zinc.
  • Solubility/Dispersibility: Designed for excellent dispersibility in water, forming a stable suspension.
  • Density: (Specific density would be provided by the manufacturer).
  • pH: (Typically neutral to slightly alkaline).
Benefits
  • Corrects Zinc Deficiency: Proximate in promptly preventing and treating zinc deficiency symptoms applied antibiotic spectrum.
  • Quick Absorption & Lasting Results: Uniformity in size and buffering technology results in rapid uptake by plant foliage and continued nutrient delivery.
  • Higher Yield and Quality: Supports vegetative growth, enhances flowering and fruit setting – with higher yields of superior perishable crops.
  • Stress Tolerance: Improves heat and drought tolerance in plants as well as resistance to pests and disease.
  • Stimulates Photosynthesis and Chlorophyll Production: Essential for good photosynthesis, meaning more prolific plant growth.
  • Better Nutrient Uptake: It is important for the plant to take in and use other vital nutrients.
  • Better Root Growth: Helps in building strong root structure.
  • Disease Tolerance: Boosts the plant’s innate ability to resist organisms that lead to diseases.
  • Easy Application: Pour, Measure and Apply uniformly due to its liquid formulation
Application

The common primary use of Zinc Suspension includes;

  • Foliar Spray : This is the most common and effective method, where by sprying, diluted suspension directly on the leaves for a quick absorption.
  • Soil Application: Apply at planting or as a drench for soil incorporation.
  • Drip Irrigation/Fertigation: May be included in irrigation systems to apply zinc directly to the root zone.
Time

Application Stages:

  • Early Vegetative Stage: This stage is important for establishment as the seedling progresses from emergence to develop its first true leaves.
  • Supports Reproductive Growth and Fruit Formation (Pre-flowering and Fruit Set)
  • More than one application may be necessary, depending on the level of deficiency, the type and stage of growth of the crop, with several in intervals from 10 to 14 days or as recommended in product labeling.
  • Ideal Timings for Foliar Application: Early Morning or Late afternoon-early evening (when evaporation is low and absorption high), Avoid High temperatures, direct bright sunlight.
Precaution
  • Handling PrecautionProtectivegloves, eyewear and mask to avoid skin contact, eye irritation or inhalation of spray mist
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place with good safety management and away from direct sunlight or at excessive temperatures. Keep the container tightly closed. Do not allow to freeze.
  • Mixing: shake the container well before use, Gradually add recommended quantity of Zinc Suspension to water at the mixing place with stirring. Clean water should be used for the preparation of spray solutions.
  • Bio-Mate can be mixed with most commonly used agrochemicals. A jar test with a small quantity may be done before mixing with other fertilizers or pesticides, especially those that are highly alkaline, strong acids, or contain copper/sulfur.
  • Dosage: Always follow manufacturer suggested dosage rates to prevent phytotoxicity or other nutrient imbalances.
  • Envasionmental: Avoid water table and bodies contamination. Avoid using in windy conditions as it can drift.
  • When in contact with skin or eyes: rinse cautiously with water for many a few minutes. In case of inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If swallowed, seek medical attention.
Shelf Life The shelf life of Zinc Suspension typically ranges from 18 to 24 months when stored correctly in its original, unopened packaging, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
