Mn EDTA Chelated – 12

Mn EDTA Chelated – 12%

Mn EDTA Chelated – 12% is a high-purity, water-soluble micronutrient fertilizer designed to supply plants with essential manganese in a readily available chelated form. Using EDTA (Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) as a chelating agent ensures manganese remains stable and easily absorbable by plants, even in alkaline or high pH soils. It is particularly beneficial in correcting manganese deficiencies in various crops, promoting vigorous growth, and optimizing chlorophyll synthesis.

  • Compatibility: Compatible with most fertilizers and agrochemicals (do a jar test before mixing)

Benefits
  • Provides manganese in chelated form, ensuring maximum availability to plants

  • Corrects manganese deficiency symptoms such as interveinal chlorosis and reduced photosynthesis

  • Enhances photosynthetic activity by supporting chlorophyll formation

  • Improves crop vigor, yield, and resistance to environmental stress

  • Helps in enzyme activation and nitrogen metabolism in plants

  • Suitable for foliar spray and fertigation across a wide range of crops

  • Stable in high pH soils where other forms of manganese may become unavailable

Application

Mn EDTA Chelated – 12% can be applied through foliar spray, drip irrigation (fertigation), or soil drenching. Recommended application rates:

  • Foliar Spray: 0.5 – 1.0 gram per liter of water

  • Fertigation: 0.5 – 1.5 kg per acre depending on crop type and deficiency level

  • Soil Application: 1 – 2 kg per acre

Crops: Suitable for vegetables (tomato, brinjal, spinach), fruits (grapes, citrus, banana), cereals (wheat, rice, maize), and ornamentals.

Time
  • Apply Mn EDTA Chelated – 12% during early vegetative growth stages or at the first sign of manganese deficiency

  • For optimal results, apply in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid scorching

  • Multiple applications may be done at 10–15 day intervals during the active growth period

Precaution
  • Do not exceed recommended dosage of Mn EDTA Chelated – 12%
