Benefits
  • Rapid Correction of Iron Deficiency: Provides immediate and visible results in treating interveinal chlorosis (yellowing between leaf veins), especially in young leaves.
  • Essential for Chlorophyll Formation: Iron is a critical component in the chlorophyll molecule, which is essential for photosynthesis and energy production in plants.
  • Improves Leaf Greening and Plant Vigor: Leads to darker, healthier foliage and robust vegetative growth by ensuring a steady iron supply.
  • Chelated Form for Maximum Efficiency: EDTA chelation protects iron ions from precipitation in the soil, ensuring maximum absorption and availability, even in calcareous or alkaline soils.
  • Boosts Enzyme Activation: Iron is vital for many oxidative enzymes and supports several metabolic processes including respiration and nitrogen metabolism.
  • Enhances Crop Quality and Yield: By ensuring optimal plant health and photosynthesis, it contributes to better fruit size, color, and overall yield.
  • Prevents Yield Loss Due to Latent Deficiencies: Early and consistent application reduces the risk of hidden hunger, avoiding unnoticeable nutrient deficiencies that reduce productivity.
  • Strengthens Resistance to Environmental Stress: Healthy iron levels help plants better tolerate drought, temperature fluctuations, and soil stress.
  • Ideal for All Crops: Suitable for a wide range of crops such as vegetables, fruits, cereals, pulses, and ornamental plants.
  • Safe for All Application Methods: Designed for foliar spray, fertigation, and soil application, making it versatile for modern farming practices.
Application
  • Soil Application of Fe EDTA Chelated – 12%:
Dose: 1 – 2 kg per acre depending upon crop and soil condition
Apply Fe EDTA Chelated – 12 to wet soil at the base of the plant and water in
  • Fertigation:
    Dosage: 500–1000 g per acre
Great for use when plants are in active growth to prevent deficiencies
  • Foliar Spray:
    Dosages are 0.5-1.0% solution (i.e., 500-1000 g per 100 liters of water)
Spray applied in the early morning or late afternoon.
  • Replicates at 10 to 15 days interval if needed
Time
  • Apply Fe EDTA Chelated – 12% during early vegetative stage and continue through flowering and fruiting if iron deficiency symptoms persist.
  • Best applied of Fe EDTA Chelated – 12% during active growth periods.
